The mobile option:

- Size: 21 x 20 ft., each; colour, siding by choice.
- Most suitable as in-law suites or home offices.
- Mobile platforms mean no building permits required in
many Canadian jurisdictions.
- Also suitable as off-site offices: renting at high traffic locations is expensive; a couple of mall parking spots for a mobile location are not.

The family oriented option:
- Modular, each unit 22.5 x 40 ft. in size, shipped individually.
