Talishouse™ - mobile
The mobile option:
- Typically, three units shipped together with three mobile platforms in two sea-can containers.
- Size: 21 x 20 ft., each; glass custom, colours by choice.
- Most commonly placed in backyards as in-law suites or home offices - mobile platforms mean no building permits required in
most Canadian jurisdictions.
- Also suitable as remote offices - renting at high traffic locations is expensive; a couple of parking spots for a mobile Talishouse™ are not.

The family oriented option:
- Each unit 22.5 x 40 ft. in size, shipped individually.
- Sized in multiples of 850 sq.ft.: 1,700 (seen), 2,550, etc..
- Parallel, off-set parallel or L-shaped (seen)
- Two, three or four (plus) bedrooms, two (plus) baths, open concept living - dining - kitchen areas.
- Colours and other details by choice.
- Peaked roofs and covered verandas optional.

    This video shows a typical 420 sq.ft. cottage unit: two bedrooms, one bathroom, open concept living - dining - kitchen area. Also available: 850 sq.ft. bungalow and 1,700 sq.ft. L-shaped, parallel and off-set parallel homes and cottages that may be further up-sized in 850 sq.ft. increments.

    Assembly Video

    This video shows set up for a typical 420 sq.ft. cottage unit. Required are a pre-existing driveway sufficient in size for delivery to occur, plus power, well and disposal system. Shown above is a mobile unit on wheels without permanent hook ups. As seen it may not require building permits.

    OAC: Lease-To-Own (LTO)
    • LTO Terms: 50% down, 50% deferred for up to five years (minimum monthly payment: $500, plus 5% Admin. Fee).
    • Calculate payments by taking the deferred total plus tax and dividing it by the desired leasing term (up to 60 months), plus 5%.
    • Please note: LTO may require additional security (i.e. a lien on the property, where the units are going).
