A typical Project Sequence

Please note: Talishouse™ units arrive in a sea can container, which contains a house as construction kit. You assemble them yourself with the help of friends and family, or you engage us to assemble them for you. It typically takes four persons to complete a home to roof-tight in under a week.

1. Choose your location;

2. Choose a preferred size or design;

3. Remit your Deposit to establish a position in the manufacturing and delivery queues;

4. Work with us to create your technical drawings and renderings;

5. Expect manufacturing and delivery to take about 60 to 90 days.

In the meantime...

6. Build a Driveway and prepare a Building Site;

7. Establish a temporary Power Supply;

8. Prepare Water & Disposal Systems.

Take delivery of your Talishouse™ unit(s)...

9. Three to four people will build a unit in four to five days to roof tight;

10. Required: an excavator or equivalent, a fabricator, general labour;

11. Upon roof-tight, finish interior to taste and purpose;

12. Hook up services;

13. Obtain Occupancy Permit.

There are five discount levels named THREE, PLUS, PROS, BOSS and DEPOSIT. Enter any one of them in the check-out to adjust the purchase price. Some conditions apply. Each includes all previous levels. DEPOSIT equals 10% of MSRP, regardless of which discount will be applied in the end.

- THREE: a 3% discount for buying your Talishouse™ home or cottage by paying your order within ten days of placing it.

- PLUS: a 6% discount for designating your Talishouse™ a Show Home for three years, or more. Please note: Show Home owners receive referrals of 6% for Buyers they send us.

- PROS: a 10% margin for Real Estate and Marketing Professionals, who join our referral and co-promotion network. This discount level automatically renews annually, when targets are met.

- BOSS: a 30% margin for builders and contractors, who practise do-it-yourself construction, locally, and maintain a 90% customer satisfaction rating. BOSS builders are Talishouse™ distributors, essentially.

- DEPOSIT: establishes your position in the manufacturing and delivery queues. First come, first serve. Deposits are fully refundable until the design and production process has commenced.
