There are two levels of association:
- Dealers have supply side access to Glasshouse™, Talishouse™ and Talistown™ product groups. In addition, they sell complimentary products, such as mobile or permanent platforms, and value added products, such as heat pumps, solar and storage and water capture systems.
- Distributors identify Dealers and place them in semi-exclusive proprietary markets, typically 100km around a centre point, or within a 100,000 people population base (whichever is less). Distributors collect subscription and registration revenues for providing Business Office products and services for Dealers under their purview.
- Talispros Corporate is providing a single Business Office platform that is personalized to Distributors, who provide it to Dealers. This is the value proposition behind subscription and registration fees they charge.
Important: Talispros™ is looking for one Business Manager, who builds that Business Office at the corporate level by positioning it at the Distributor level. Dealer systems are clones, which feed into the corporate system, including CRM databases and SMS marketing.
Dealers have three possible levels of participation. They may be…
- Referral Partners: subscription required: $95 per month.
Referral Partners are self employed and earn up to 10% of MSRP on products for projects that commence within one year of a referral. Referral Fees are paid upon project completion from an accounting perspective (no monies left outstanding). Their Referral Fees consist of 5% in percentage amounts based upon MSRP (due no matter what), and another up to 5% in CSI Rewards (for projects that come in on time, on budget and with 100% CSI scores).
- Resale Partners: registration required ($1,995 annually for personalized Business Office functionality, plus $95 per month).
Resale Partners are self employed and purchase for resale or own use. They save 20% in procurement margins, plus they also qualify for up to 5% in CSI Rewards at project completion (subject to the same formula that applies to Referral Partners).
- Fulfilment Partners: registration required ($1,995 annually for Resale Partner status, plus $95 per month).
Fulfilment Partners are Resale Partners, who have opted into in SPLITS = Simple Project Lead & Input Tracking System (some conditions apply).
SPLITS is an inversely proportional reward system that assumes an 80/20 split of MSRP and a 20/80 split for value added products and services. At the Business Office level value added products and services might include admin. fees, finance residuals, warranties, insurance and management of short-term rental services. At the Fulfilment level value added products and services might include inland transport, preparation of site access and building sites, unit placements and set up, completion to roof tight or turn key, off-grid products & services, etc.. (Fulfilment Partners need not offer the full spectrum of fulfilment services, but as Distributors they always offer Business Office functionality to the Dealers under their purview).
How Dealers and Distributors get paid:
Example: a $100,000 transaction that includes $40,000 in value added jobs.
- A Fulfilment Partner pays reduced procurement costs, he retains $12,000, which is 20% of $60,000 charged to the consumer. Plus, he retains $32,000 from Value Added Jobs, which is 80% of $40,000 charged to the consumer. Hence, he makes $44,000 on a Job he could not have got, if he was not registered as a Fulfilment Partner.
- The Business Office makes $20,000 ($48,000 + $8,000), the net of which is split evenly between the Distributor and Corporate (net = gross - cost).
In Summary:
- Dealers are most likely Real Estate Professionals or Contractors with access to prospect groups that might consider Talishouse™ projects.
- Distributors are most likely "Moonlighting" Executives, whose ambition is lifestyle and/or corporate advancement: everybody rises to their own level of (in)competence in the Talis group of companies.
