Register for Wholesale & Lease-To-Own (LTO)

Requires active "Talispros™" accounts.

Wholesalers purchase for resale or own use. They qualify for 20% in wholesale discounts and, as facilitators, for rewards of up to 10% on projects coming in on time, on budget and with 100% CSI scores. LTO Buyers are Retail purchasers, who convert up to 50% of their purchase amounts into instalments.

Why is Account Registration necessary?

To qualify for Wholesale, a FAST Code confirms your status as a process partner for as long as the account remains active*. To cancel an account, simply let it lapse (please note: a lapsed account forfeits all future earnings and/or savings and cannot be reinstated).
Put into perspective, Talispros™ is a viable "moonlighting" business model: given a 12 months rental season at $200 per night and 70% occupancy each unit will pay for themselves in under a year, and given LTO terms we help finance "moonlighting" projects starting out.
